Again my hypothesis, that deep relaxation can truly be provided through Emotional Block Release, was confirmed after this week of freedivng & relaxation coaching being focused of achieving longterm inner relaxation of my clients body and mind.
How can your body and mind relax, if both are influenced my emotional business, which is tensing your body system and blocking the easing flow of your body energy? If your emotions are motivated negatively by any kind of subject, experience or memory, this stress keeps your body system busy and avoids so its inner relaxation, that you need for a proper performance under and in your life.

How can you expect, just through technical training to achieve your best improving performance? Let me tell you, that your performance will become worse once your emotional stress wants to surface. This is out of your mind's power and your influence, as your body and soul chooses the time, location, occasion for releasing what has its time to be removed from your body system. Your soul knows the best moment in your life and just goes for it. A moment you might face on your dive, while breathing up or just at any point of your life, when you mostly do not expect it.
Therefore I always tell my clients to start working on their emotional business once they become aware of it or know already about or once they start to feel emotional pain. It is extremely important to welcome these emotions, disturbing thoughts and memories, whenever they want to come up. At that stege you have best chances to release at the right moment, to heal the reasons, which created the wound and blocks, and let go the related inner tension forever. You will be a big step further and closer to your longterm relaxation and ease for your life and achieve best performance closely after.
The other most common choice, which I certainly do not recommend, is to surpress and underestimate the power of such an emotional stress. Because: What do you think happens, when your pot is boiling and running over the edge, while you try to seal it even with a cover? It will explode! Its pretty similar with surpressed tension. If you do not search the reasons for it, in order to be able to let go the discomfort from your energetic environment, your emotional pot will boil and running over the edge as well. Uncontrolled and with pain as well as unpleasant side effects for your performance, training results and life situation. You want to avoid that and keep your health, mind and proceeding stable - isn't it?

During this training week my client was convinced to improve his performance just through techniques, tips and tricks. Basically up to a certain degree we managed it and then reached a point, where he could not improve further. Although he practiced everything well and correctly after a certain period of time. But he did not want to breath hold longer or dive deeper. Equalization problems were his barrier to avoid exploring further. So the point was reached, where deeper emotional work appeared as highly helpful and so we worked with AQUAntum Bliss healing treatment in warm hot springs pools to release his emotional unconscious tension from his body and mind. This happened on just one single afternoon followed by an early sleep and a test static performance in the morning to check the difference from his performance before the treatment.
It went as I expected like a clockwork! With his AQUAntum Bliss relaxation treatment in his body system, my client started with a warm up breath-holding time like that: 1. warm up period: 1:36min, 2nd warm up period: 1:49min, 3rd warm up period 2:07min in comparison to the static warm up before his deep relaxation treatment (1. warm up period: 0:36min, 2. warm up period: 0,38min, 3rd warm up period: 0,48min). We even worked now with a new breathing up position, which would have caused him less relaxation than his preferred position on the back before. His entire body system - as he stated - felt greatly eased and released and so his mind easily could drift into breath-holding and let go his tension to explore his contraction sensations.
I could see his relaxtion right from his leg and neck position in the water right from his 1st warm up period. The head was floating under the surface and moving with the waves the first time! His feet floated around the surface and partly under. His recovery procedure was so much more slower and relaxed. His face expression let go many microtensions and muscles and made him look like being asleep at all the time.
Later on in vertical diving on top of the reef he managed to immerse vertically and freedive horizontally along the corals without surfacing right away. What a difference his performance over the last 2 days were, showed these last hours in the underwater crater of Dominica, in which we explored the corals walls and blocks. My client could see, feel and confirm his great improvement in the water as an aimed result of his exlusive freediving & relaxation coaching week provided by my individual apnea ME programm.
This success made me starting to develop a workshop programm for freediver groups, who want to focus on their inner emotional tension release for them to achieve ease for the performance and for their general constitution.
